Whenever I saw bubbles in her mouth, I reached for a camera before I reached for a napkin. She was 2 then. She looked so cute in all her photographs. She doesn’t like them, though. “Mom, why couldn’t you just wipe my face before taking my pictures?” She would ask me often.

Once she had dozed off on couch. She was drooling. I clicked her picture and she became so mad. “This is disgusting, Mom.” She yelled.

Today also, I saw bubbles in her mouth. I stopped the cameraman. “Don’t take pictures. She doesn’t like it.” I begged. I wiped foam off her face with my sleeve before police took her away for postmortem.
