1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene reasons.
Returns are only accepted if:

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Change of mind or personal dislike after use

Late claims made after 48 hours of delivery
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will ensure a quick resolution via replacement or refund.
