At ShenShe, we’re committed to delivering your hygiene essentials safely, quickly, and efficiently to your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Service Areas
We currently ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and most pin codes covered by our logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes:
2–5 business days for metro cities
4–7 business days for other regions
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer:
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹499
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your ShenShe account to view order status and tracking details.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If you’re unavailable, they may contact you via phone or SMS.
If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us and may be reshipped or refunded after review.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos or videos of the package
Your order ID and contact details
Email us at support@shenshe.in, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
